Prices, shipping and delivery

The online shop prices include VAT and other price components.

The Hygiene Tabs product can only be shipped to Austria and Germany.

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply. More detailed information on potential shipping costs can be found in the offers.

Delivery within Austria and Germany is performed by Post AG or DPD as required. claro delivers to all other countries using DPD. We only deliver by shipping. This means collection of goods from us is unfortunately not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

It is not possible to return our products.

The flat shipping rate is € 6 Euros for Austria and € 9 Euros for Germany. The shipping fee includes VAT. Since VAT is calculated on the shipping fee depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping fee can be finally calculated only during the ordering process. However, it can not be higher, but lower only in your favor.
