- Scope of validity
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders through our online shop. Our online shop is solely intended for consumers.
A consumer is a person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities. An operator is a legal entity or partnership or actual person who, in concluding a legal transaction, acts in fulfilment of their commercial or independent professional activities.
- Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchasing contract is concluded with claro products GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop we submit a binding offer to conclude an agreement on these items. You can put our products non-bindingly in the basket first and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order, by using the help provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract comes into being when you click the order button to accept the offer on the goods in the basket. After sending the order you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
- Contract language, storage of the contract text
The languages available for the conclusion of contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send the order information and our general terms and conditions to you by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4 Terms of delivery
Delivery costs can apply in addition to the specified product prices. The detailed terms on any delivery costs incurred are stated under the product offer.
We deliver only by shipment. Unfortunately self collection of goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
The following payment methods are available to you in our shop.
When choosing the payment type prepayment we give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
When you send the order you simultaneously transfer your credit card information to us.
When you have been verified as the legal cardholder, immediately after placing the order we ask for your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.
In the ordering process you are transferred to the website of the online provider Paypal. To pay the invoice amount by PayPal you must be registered with them, or must register first, enter your access data and confirm the payment to us. After placing the order in the shop we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal. In the ordering process you will be given more information.
After placing the order you are transferred to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount by Sofort you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN activated for participating in Sofort, must enter your access data and confirm the payment to us. In the ordering process you will be given more information. The payment transaction is immediately carried out and your account is debited.
Upon receipt of the goods and invoice you pay the invoice amount by transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
6 Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
7 Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the delivery service of such faults as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal claims, the enactment of those claims, in particular your legal warranty rights. But you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
8 Warranty and guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. You will find information on valid additional guarantees and the exact terms of them under the product and on the specific information pages in the online shop.
9 Dispute settlement

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution at a consumer arbitration board.
